Observations, Assessments, & Reports

Intake Meeting

Classroom or home observations to better understand the student's learning needs. Includes professional written summaries or reports with recommendations.

A comprehensive first meeting (60-90 minutes) with parents/guardians to learn about the student's strengths, challenges, and goals. This session helps create a personalized plan for support.

Direct Consultation: Meetings with families, schools, or both to guide academic planning, IEP/504 support, and advocacy.

Indirect Consultation: Behind the scenes case management, email/phone collaboration, or preparing documents on the family's behalf.
